This is the Contract between One Science Solution Inc (OSS) and the customer. OSS makes information and services available to our customers, and customers must follow the rules.

• No withdraw and cancel services allowed once the license has been provided, and no refund will be made once the license is given to the customer.
• Customer expectations: we are not responsible for liability due to information errors, data entry error in AMC-XI, the website downtime, misinterpretation, etc.
• Copyright rules: attribution, adaptation, commercial or non-commercial use can only done with the written content of the site owner.
• User behavior: unlawful behavior, hate speech, bullying, promotions, spam, hacking. Steeling information, copying without authorization are forbidden.
• Disable user accounts.
• The owner of AMC-XI is not responsible for consequences of the use of the software, of any error in financial results that may be prepare using the software. The user is the sole responsible of his/her data and any results from the use of the AMC-XI.
